By Friday E was itching for a craft. A girl after her mother's heart. Since Remembrance Day (Veterans Day in the states) is coming up I decided that we would make a poppy. In Canada we wear poppy's over our hearts on Remembrance Day. They are to remind us of Flanders Fields and the war.
E had a great time making her poppy and was excited that it was the same as the one that Mama and Daddy wear.
I am so excited for the weekend and for some quality time with Daddy. Only two more weeks until Gramma Tobler comes (or as E calls her "Grammy.") I can't believe that November is almost half way over?!
